Have a look at our two adorable Mum’s to be Renay and Brenna who work out together every monday. These ladies are 17-18 weeks along and getting so much out of thier Semi-PT Lean Mumma sessions at Empowered for life. I currently have 3 pregnant ladies training with me, 2 of which manage to train even through those tough very early weeks of pregnancy…. why is this? Isn’t that dangerous? Not at all! All of my sessions can be regressed for specific needs, pregnancy included and if you had been training with me before falling pregnant there is no reason to stop. Pregnant Mums needs the same specific care that our Rehabilitiating new (and not so new) Mums need and these ladie are thriving
